2004-P 25¢ WI WDDO-001

Description:  Doubling shows on the underside of Washington’s earlobe.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A small die gouge touches the center right side of the A of STATES.  A small die gouge can be found below the top of the 2nd S in STATES.  Two small die gouges can be found between the centers of the E and S of STATES.  A die crack runs across the front of the base of the bust.  Reverse:  A small die gouge can be found to the left of the center of the 1st U in UNUM.

2004-P 25¢ WI WDDO-002

Description:  Doubling shows on the underside of Washington’s earlobe.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die crack runs across the left side of the base of the bust extending into the field above the U in QUARTER.  Reverse:  The reverse is a doubled die listed in the Wexler Doubled die files as 2004-P 25¢ WI WDDR-021.  Doubling shows on the right side of the cow’s nose.  A short, vertical die gouge can be found inside the upper first S in WISCONSIN.

Description:  The cow has a doubled left nostril.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Light die scratches run through the upper 200 in the date.  Reverse:  A die scratch runs NE from above the front of the nose to the nearest leaf.  A small die gouge (dot) can be found to the right of the lower 1st 8 in 1848.

Description:  The cow has a doubled left nostril.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die gouge can be found to the left of the lower 2nd S in STATES.  A small die gouge (dot) can be found to the left of the 2nd A in AMERICA.  Two small die gouges can be found above the R in DOLLAR.  Reverse:  A die gouge can be found just above the right side of the cheese.

Description:  The cow has a doubled left nostril.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A small die gouge (dot) can be found between the bottom of the D in GOD and the bottom of the W in WE.  A small die gouge can be found to the right of the top of the W in WE.  A strong die gouge can be found SW of the mint mark.  Reverse:  A die gouge can be found inside the upper right W of WISCONSIN.  Two die gouges can be found below the E of E PLURIBUS UNUM.  A small die gouge can be found above the left side of the N in UNUM.  A large die break can be found at the left end of the banner.

2004-P 25¢ WI WDDR-004

Description:  The cow has a doubled left nostril.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A small die gouge (dot) can be found on the right inside of the O in DOLLAR.  A light die crack runs across the base of the bust and through the upper designer’s initials.  Reverse:  A short, vertical die scratch can be found inside the upper 2nd N of WISCONSIN.  A small die gouge can be found to the left of the lower P in PLURIBUS.

Description:  The cow has a doubled left nostril.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A small die gouge (dot) can be found inside the bottom right U of UNITED.  A small die gouge touches the top of the bottom crossbar of the E in STATES.  Reverse:  A short, vertical die scratch can be found to the right of the center of the E in EPU.  A small die gouge can be found between the tops of the S in PLURIBUS and the 1st U in UNUM.
