2008-P 25¢ OK WDDO-001

Description:  Doubling shows on the underside of Washington’s earlobe.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die chip can be found in the lower B of LIBERTY.  Two die gouges can be found above the Q in QUARTER.  A die crack runs across the base of the bust and through the upper designer’s initials.  A die chip can be found on the base of the bust north of the R in QUARTER.  Reverse:  A die chip can be found in the upper right petals of the center wildflower on the right.

2008-P 25¢ OK WDDR-001

Description:  Doubling shows below and behind the central short tail feather on the Scissortail Flycatcher, the state bird of Oklahoma.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die chip fills the lower B in LIBERTY.  A die crack runs across the base of the bust and through the designer’s initials.  Reverse:  A small die gouge (dot) can be found to the right of the bottom of the 1 in 1907.
