1995-D 1¢ WDDR-001 Description: A very close spread towards the center shows on ONE CENT mostly as notches on the upper N of CENT. The designer’s initials show extra thickness as do the bushes on the right Memorial base. Some notching shows on the lower letters of STATES OF AMERICA and EPU. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A small die gouge (dot) can be found midway between the bottom of the 2nd U in UNUM and the top of the Memorial. A small die gouge can be found inside the C of AMERICA.
