2000-D 1¢ WDDR-001 “Best Of” Variety Description: Partial extra columns tilted at about a 60 degree angle from the vertical show in the 6th Memorial column at the top and the bottom of the statue. Die Markers: Obverse: A short vertical die gouge can be found to the right of the upper D in GOD. A die gouge can be found to the left of the center of the S in TRUST. 2000-D 1¢ WDDR-002 Listing Needed Comments: The original listing was a “wavy steps” variety and these are no longer believed to be doubled dies. 2000-D 1¢ WDDR-003 Description: Doubling shows on the lower left side of the 7th Memorial column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found near the rim above the W in WE. A small die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the 2. A small die gouge can be found inside the bottom of the B in LIBERTY. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found just below the N in UNITED.
