1999-P 25¢ NJ WDDO-001

Description:  Doubling shows on the underside of Washington’s earlobe.

Die Markers: Obverse: Long die crack extends SW from the front tip of the bust, through the QU in QUARTER, to the rim. Die gouge above the IB in LIBERTY. Small die gouge between the lower T and A in STATES. Large die gouge touches the top left side of the E in STATES. Reverse: Die crack from the top of the flagpole to the last E in JERSEY. Die crack extends NE from the rightmost soldier to the rim. Old NW/SE die scratch left of Washington. Die gouge left of the L in PLURIBUS. Die gouge at the armpit of the leftmost soldier.
