Description:  A Class IV spread to the NW shows on the eyelid, nose and lips.  The left side of the right ribbon is also doubled.

Die Markers:  Obverse Stage A:  No die clash at throat.  Obverse Stage B:  Die clash mark at throat.  Reverse Stage A:  None noted.  Reverse Stage B:  Typical die clash mark at E PLU.  Die scratch upper T to E and upper E to S of STATES.
