Description:  A light spread on the letter around the rim and the E and P of EPU.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Very light NNE die scratch from the ear.  Die scratch SW below the R of TRUST.  Reverse:  Light die gouge between the O in OF and the flame.  Light die gouge between the ER of AMERICA at the top.
