1950-S 25¢ WDDR-001          “Best Of” Variety

Description:  Doubling shows on the lower arrows, the leaves on the wreath, and the inner feathers on the eagle’s lower right wing.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  None noted.  Reverse:  None noted.

1950-S 25¢ WDDR-002

Description:  Doubling shows on the leave below the arrowheads and the leave to the left of the arrowheads.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A strong die scratch runs N/S to the right of the back of the head.  A die crack can be found in the upper hair.  Reverse:  Strong die scratches run through the bottom of the E in AMERICA.  A die crack can be found on the eagle’s right wing.
