Description:  A very close spread towards the center shows on the 48 in the date.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Several short SW/NE die scratches can be found in the field to the right of the upper queue.  Parallel die scratches connect the L and I in LIBERTY.  Reverse:  Die pitting can be found to the left of the bottom of the first T in STATES.
