the arch above the center doorway in the fourth window from the left in
the bottom row and in the
fourth window from the left in the second row from the bottom. Die gouge below the left side of the H in JOHN. Small die gouge at the
bottom left corner of the building. Die gouge SE of the designer's
initials TRH. Reverse Stage B: Stage A markers still present. Die
chip on the right side of the left roof. Die crack along the bottom
right corner of the building.
