Description:  Doubling shows on the underside of Washington’s earlobe.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die gouge can be found to the right of the A in STATES.  A die gouge can be found below the I in AMERICA.  Reverse:  A die gouge can be found inside the upper second 2 in 2012.  A die gouge runs NW from the left side of the 1 in 2012.
