1962-D 1¢ WDDO-001

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  The obverse is also an RPM variety that is listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1962-D 1¢ WRPM-044.  It is a D/D Tilted (Rotated).  Reverse:  A small die gouge (dot) can be found above the right cornice.

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Die gouges can be found on the lower front of the bust.  Reverse:  Several die chips can be found on the last Memorial column.

1962-D 1¢ WDDO-003

Description:  Doubling shows below the vertical bar of the L in LIBERTY.

Die Markers:  Obverse Stage A:  Several vertical die scratches can be found to the right of the bust.  Obverse Stage B:  The obverse die has been heavily abraded with numerous die scratches running mostly E/W throughout the obverse.  Reverse Stage A:  A small die gouge can be found to the right of the top of the last Memorial column.  Reverse Stage B:  The reverse die has been heavily abraded with numerous die scratches running mostly NNW/SSE throughout the reverse.

1962-D 1¢ WDDO-004

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Numerous die scratches run mostly WNW/ESE to the left and to the right of the bust.  Reverse:  A die scratch runs SE from the bottom of the O in OF to the top right of the second U in PLURIBUS.  A die clash remnant can be found at the top of the 8th Memorial bay.  Numerous die scratches can be found throughout the reverse.

1962-D 1¢ WDDO-005

Description:  Slight doubling shows below the horizontal bar of the L in LIBERTY.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die gouge can be found between the O and D in GOD.  A die scratch runs from NNW to SSE between the upper Y in LIBERTY and Lincoln’s shoulder.  Reverse:  A die scratch runs SE from the bottom right of the 1st U in PLURIBUS through the top right of the 2nd U in UNUM to the upper left of the M in UNUM.  A die scratch runs SSW from the bottom right of the U in UNITED to the first Memorial column.  A die scratch runs SW from the bottom right of the N in UNITED to the upper first column.
