Description:  A close spread towards the center shows on the E in WE.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Will vary among the different working dies.  Reverse:  Will vary among the different working dies.

1950-D 1¢ WDDO-001

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A strong die clash mark can be found at the throat.  A short die gouge runs SW/NE between the lower 9 and 5 in the date.  A short die gouge runs NW/SE to the right of the upper D in GOD.  Reverse:  A die crack runs down the right side of the lower right wheat ear with a large die chip at about 4:00.

1950-D 1¢ WDDO-002

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die scratch runs south from the bottom of the T in LIBERTY to the shoulder.  A short die scratch runs N/S to the right of the Y in LIBERTY.  Reverse:  A die scratch runs parallel to the rim above EPU.

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found above the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die scratch runs NNW/SSE to the right of the upper Y in LIBERTY.  Reverse:  Die gouges can be found inside the upper N of ONE.  Die pitting can be found to the right of the T in CENT.  Short vertical die scratches can be found above the left side of the U in UNITED.

Description:  LIBERTY is spread slightly to the north.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A short die scratch runs SSE from the lower right of the Y in LIBERTY.  Die scratches run south from the underside of the chin.  Reverse:  None significant.

1950-D 1¢ WDDO-005

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found just under the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die gouge curves from SSW to NNE and then east on the bottom right of the center fold in the vest.  A short die scratch runs north from the top left of the mint mark.  A die gouge can be found at the rim between the U and S in TRUST.  Reverse:  A die scratch runs from SW to NE to the left of the E in EPU.  A die scratch runs from WSW to ENE above the second A in AMERICA.

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found just under the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die scratch runs NNE from the top right of the T in LIBERTY.  Die pitting can be found below and between the 5 and 0 in the date.  Several other die scratches can be found throughout the obverse.  Reverse:  A die scratch runs from WNW to ESE through the lower 1st U in PLURIBUS.  A die scratch runs from NW to SE through the upper 1st U in PLURIBUS.

1950-D 1¢ WDDO-007

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found under the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die gouge can be found on the lower front of the bust.  Die clash marks can be found to the right of the throat and to the left of the back of the neck.  A die gouge extends from the top right of the E in WE.  Reverse:  A die clash can be seen between the lower C and E of CENT extending down to the I in UNITED.  The top right of the N in ONE is tapered from heavy abrading of the die.

1950-D 1¢ WDDR-001

Description:  Doubling shows on the entire right wheat stalk.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  The obverse is an RPM listed in the Wexler RPM files as 1950-D 1¢ WRPM-028.  It is a D/D Tilted (Rotated).  A die crack runs down the 9 in the date.  Die cracks on the forehead form a triangle.  A die crack runs E/W through the hair on the upper head.  Reverse:  Die scratch runs N/S in the field to the right edge of the T of CENT.  A die scratch runs NE from the lower inside of the C in CENT.
