Description:  A close spread towards the center shows on the E in WE.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Will vary among the different working dies.  Reverse:  Will vary among the different working dies.

1950 1¢ WDDO-001

Description:  An extra eyelid can be found just under the normal eyelid.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A strong die scratch runs parallel to the rim above the second T in TRUST.  Vertical die scratches can be found to the right of the chin.  Reverse:  A die scratch runs north from the center of the first S in STATES to the N in CENT.  A die gouge protrudes from the lower right side of the D in UNITED.

1950 1¢ Pr WDDR-001

Description:  A close spread towards the center shows on the upper left wheat lines, the E in EPU, and the left dot.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die gouge can be found in the field east of the eyebrow.  Reverse:  A small die gouge can be found on the upper part of the diagonal bar of the N in ONE.
