can be found northeast of the main eyelid.
Die Markers: Obverse: The
obverse is an RPM listed in the Wexler RPM files as 1952-D 1¢ WRPM-017. A short, nearly horizontal die scratch
is present just east of center of the ear.
A die gouge (dot) is present in the field above R in LIBERTY. A short, but strong die gouge runs diagonally
near the vest to the west of the upper mint mark. Reverse: None noted.

1st S of STATES to the 1st T.
