Die Markers: Obverse: Multiple die scratches are present between
the bust and the rim. Heavy die gouge
northeast of the 4 in the date. Die
scratch southwest of U in TRUST. Reverse: Light die scratches run roughly vertically
through PLURIBUS UNUM, NE in ONE, and ENT in CENT. Die scratch runs SSW from C in CENT to the
right wheat stem. Light die scratches
are present between the upper right wheat lines and the rim.

Description: Very strong
extra thickness shows on both wheat ears and stems, EPU, and the dots. A separation toward the center shows on
STATES, AMERICA, UNUM, the right side of NE in ONE, ENT in CENT, and strongly
on the right wheat ear.
Die Markers: Obverse: WNW to ESE die scratch through the upper
ear. Die crack SW to NE through the
upper hair. Reverse: None significant.

Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: Circumferential die scratches run at the
bottom of the rim under the bust. Obverse

date, WE, the last T in TRUST, and on Lincoln’s neck. Reverse Stage A: Small die gouge on lower right side of N in
CENT. Reverse Stage B: Die gouge
on N in CENT faint.
