Description:  1907/97.  The nine shows light doubling below the nine.  Strong doubling shows along the top of the 7.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  None significant.  Reverse:  None significant.

Comments:  A low grade specimen was examined.  A higher grade coin may produce some die markers.
