Description:  Bar extended from the upper leg to the upper base to the right of the statue on the seventh column

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A small die chip can be found to the left of the center of the first T of TRUST.  Reverse:  An about horizontal die scratch can be found in the center of the first memorial bay.  A die chip can be found between the lower N and E of ONE.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Die attrition in the form of a long bar can be found on the obverse at the rim from 9:00 to 10:00 position.  Reverse:  A die scratch extends from near the bottom right of the T of CENT to southeast of the memorial base.  A die scratch extends from the top of the left side of the N of CENT to the bottom of the memorial base.  A die chip touches the underside of the right memorial base above the T of CENT.

Comments:  The doubling is nearly identical in positioning to 1998 1¢ WDDR-159, however it is stronger on the current die with die gouges in the O of ONE showing this is definitively a different die and not an earlier stage of 1998 1¢ WDDR-159.  The doubling on this die is also similar to 1998 1¢ WDDR-176 but die gouges under C of AMERICA as well as presence or absence of gouges in O of ONE distinguish these dies.
